Yoffices is a fraud company. Its owner gaurav priya singh is a big cheat and fradulent person. He takes people money for investment and never returns. I had invested 13.5 lacs with him and he never gave my money back. He took my money for investment in furnishing of a building located in vardhman plaza dwarka which he was taking for business centre. However, neither the building was taken nor money was refunded. He does false promises and dupe you with his sweet words. He does all things in cash and never pays any tax. All his business entities are either proprietorship or partnership (With his wife). He never pays vendors. One of the broker mr. Akhilesh who gave him many buildings for business centre like palm court gurgaon, dariyaganj building, subhash nagar building, etc but he has not paid mr. Akhilesh the brokerage amounting to rs. 15 lacs. Also, he underpays his employees and exploits them. He claims to have 20 business center but in reality he has only 4-5 business centers. He asks for money from property owners on the pretext of furnishing the building but he spends only a small amount and keeps the rest with him. He had done this in palm court gurgaon building and in subhash nagar building. He misleads the owner in the sense that he provides false agreements with the tenants to increase his share. He comes from a fraud company like japan life. This man should be behind bars. He claims to high level connections with big builders and high-profile people but that is all false. Gaurav priya singh is also trying to take over the maintenance agency of palm court gurgaon although he has no experience, licenses or rights. He is very greedy and mean person.
