I am present customer of tata sky. My subscriber id is [protected].
The issue as of now is that, my tata sky setup box is receiving no signal, since 11th april 2016.
I had made a call to your customer care, but they were asking for service charges for checking the issue. If this is the condition then, i would rather opt to cancel your dth service. If still you are charging a service charge for attending the issue then, please don’t resolve the issue & please refund my tata sky remaining amount.
Please resolve the issue asap.
