I take loan from insta rupee Rs. 5056 and it's repayment date on 13.8.2020 I paid on 11.8.2020 through their app provided software, razor pay link sbi net banking, but confirmation not get that time, so iam confused I think that money was not get to their firm, then I take another payment to their offline account provided their app on 12.8.2020 then gets confirmation ur payment was success, on 13.8.2020 I get confirmation from razor pay ur payment was success for Rs. 5056. So 2 payment are success. But they didn't not refund the money, only 5056 payment, I paid double amount, please take action against instarupee, they not receive calls, sms, e-mail messages, in their customer care number provided in app Was this information helpful? | ||

I don't know their e-mail d was genuine or fake, it's on their app(yomoyo blossom pvt Ltd) I sent many emails, but no reply from their side, contact no. Instarupee

They hacked my all contacts I'm unable to contact them I have filled am fir against them. For maanhani because these guys called all my contacts for loan recovery and I was just 1 day late to repay and they also approved my 2000 loan automatically I have never applied for that please contact me if you have any information about them I wanna contact them my no.[protected]
