I tried to lodge a compliant with your watsapp contact Mr Deep. He has not responded. its over a month now and i request to either give me the medicine or refund...

I have payed through a paytm rs2572 which was priced 65 for a strip. I ordered it and today morning. I contacted them to check the status. I informed them medplus and netmeds do cheaper than that so refund my amount. They have not refunded nor responding to the calls and messages. I called them then they replied my product is not ordered but my money is lost. I want refund the money or i want the medicine....
