Your Kids are our Kids, Bangalore — Delayed salary to the employees of YKROK and irresponsible management of YKROK, Bangalore

Hello, The management of YKROK, bangalore are so irresponsible that, they delay the salary of employees till 20th or 25th of every month. We are all struggling to live the daily life, and this nasty management is unnecessarily delaying the salary, we depend on the salary to pay the PG rent and other expenses. Because of this delay, we have to suffer many mental and physical problems (especially ladies). When asked for the reason they are saying its been processing (every time this is the reason, not more than that). Most of the centres are having more no of kids but not enough nurses to assist them, how its possible to take care of 30-40 kids by 3-4 employees. As we asked the parents of kids, we came to know that they are paying the monthly fees ontime of every month 30th, but the management is not giving proper salary to the employees. Think they have many centres and the fund maynot be a issue, they are asking huge amount of fees for each kids. Please take some necessary action against this management, because they are exploiting the employees over there, most of the employees keep silent, because of the fear or their good attitude, and nobody is there to help them out, each and every person in the management is so ridiculous. We can say that employees are almost stuck up. Please take some necessary action against this management as this had been there long before and now its upto the max. Regards, sahas
