Hi!! I'm Sharma raising this complaint on behalf of Netsoft Technologies, one of the leaders in ID card printing Solutions against Your Kids are our Kids. We've serious issues with regards to the payment with YRKOK. We initially dealt with Ms Martin who was very rude in her talk and demanded for the ID cards. One fine day when our accounts department called up Ms Martin, we got to know that she had already left the job. If she has quit the job is it not her responsibility to inform the concerned ppl to alert about the payment??? So responsible she is..!!
We repeatedly mailed Ms Sharada to which she turned deaf ears. She responds to our mail when she wants. We are yet to deliver the Yoyo's which is quite well aware of and suddenly mails us
"We have not received YOYO for which We need to pay. Kindly send me the acknowledgement you have received for the same"
We responded to her stating to keep the payment ready after which yoyo's will be delivered upon cash payment. Seems like Sharada has turned deaf ears again. Worst part is when the so called RECEPTIONIST does not know what to do when I ask her to connect me to Ms Sharada. Ms Sharada asked for the Invoice on July 3rd..this invoice was raised on 26-04-14. I don't know how difficult is it to process the payment.
We see this text mentioned in each mail that we receive from YRKOK

I'm sure these ppl are wealthy enough to process our payments. If Mr Bharath Kapoor the so called head is reading this, pl take an initiative to process the payments. I'm sure this is not the usual way doing business and
if you organization continue this weird behavior, I'm sure the name and fame will be at stake and diminish in a short span.
We are tired of mailing this organization. Nobody responds to our calls. I have been emailing Ms Sharada since a very long time. I do not know what is wrong with this organization. But sure that something's terribly wrong. If they cannot make payments on time what's the whole point of getting the ID cards.
If this issue cant be resolved we can seek legal action against YRKOK. Hoping atleast Mr Bharath Kapoor being at a superior position will take an initiative Please resolve this asap.
