Hi, I have made a customized t- Shirt order to Your Print on 25th August 2022. My Order no is 1615583. The order was supposed to ship on 30th August 2022. After waiting for more 15 days, still the order is not yet shipped .

They don't have proper customer service desk, Chat desk is always giving scripted ans (It will be shipped in 2 working days). If asked for refund, they are not ready to give the same. I am stuck. Please help

Updated by Jayant Samant It's an online scam. If you are behind them for update, they will share pre generated AWB no. So that you will be busy in tracking the same. As per courier company, parcel is not yet handed over to them from past 5 days. Your Print just want to buy more and more time, After sharing the Fake AWB, they are refused to give the refund. Please help to get the refund.
