Saw Rs. 200 transaction on my Yulu account and it didn’t had any information as to why it was charged. Contacted their support through app and the customer support person shared a photo of two kids sitting on a Yulu with a message that two minors were riding the bike and so I have been charged Rs. 200 as a penalty. I mentioned them that I don’t even know who they are but they asked to contact them via email support. So I immediately sent a mail on [protected]@yulu.bike and got an automated reply stating a ticket has been raised and one of their personnel will resolve the issue. Received another mail from their representative stating please share Yulu account details like registered mobile number and provide us with more information. It’s been a week now and I haven’t received any reply from them even after sharing the required details. Was this information helpful? |
