Yulu — money deduction

On June 12, I added RS.250 into YULU app for the security deposit using Paytm. I don't blame them for this because online transactions have network issues and they do fail sometimes. But it is their responsibility to refund the money.
I had contacted the support team through email, I received the auto-generated mail for generating the ticket and never got any reply about the status.
There is no customer care number to inquire about. I would request them to have either a customer care service to solve these issues because I am not the first person to have such a problem with YULU.
Refund my money back to the same Paytm wallet.
