I Sachin Kr.Lohia Prop. of Vatsal Trading want to draw your kind attention after feeling very bad experience & disappointment from your AUTHORIZED SERVICING CENTER "PODDAR AUTOCORP PVT LTD, BARAGAON, GUWAHATI.

Sir, I feel its very necessary to share my very bad experience with your AUTHORIZED SERVICING CENTER "PODDAR AUTOCORP PVT LTD" BARAGAON, GUWAHATI.

In this context, I want to say that I have booked my BOLERO PICK-UP VAN HAVING REGISTRATION NO-AS01JC-1251 for servicing due to some speed/acceletor problem on dated:08/08/2018. After servicing by your Authorized Servicing Center PODDAR AUTOCORP PVT LTD, they return the vehicle on dt.08/08/2018 and charge the SERVICING FEES Rs.9, 296/-, but it was again give trouble with the start problem within 72 hours on dt.11.08.18 itself from the servicing day i.e-08.08.2018. We again inform them, they said that we are not able to send the mechanic, please bring the PICKUP at their Servicing Center at your OWN COST. We do the same on dt.13.08.18 & again they done the service and return the PICKUP on the same day dt.13.08.18 after charging of Rs 354/-, which was again stop and and give same problem after running within 2K.M from the servicing centre.
Now, when we inform and update them the problem they MISBEHAVE WITH US AND SAID THAT WE DON'T KNOW. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED THAN TAKE YOUR VEHICLE BACK.
Sir, my question is that being an Authorized Servicing Center of such a Big Company how they behave like this. At-least as a customer we expect a good behave from them, in-spite of loss of appx 60, 000/- in these last 7 days.
So, its a humble request please look into the matter and do the needful at earliest.
