In current bill the company had added rs.198.39. For hungama charges it is already stated that we have not given consent for the bsnl hangama nor we have used it. Our complaint was that the net iis not working properly/ very slow. The additionof these charge should be delitted. Today i received a communication form bsnl that the bsnlhagama have deactivated. It is really very interesting to know we have not opted for hungama service but the company had activated. On my complaint the compay had deactivated from 15/09/2017. It means you are penalizing very sincere customer. You can verifiy this fact from your record. Kindly delit. Current bill charges rs. 198.39 and also direct not to add charges upto 15th of sept. 2017. Was this information helpful? |
