[Resolved] Zaakpay.com — irctc ticket not booked but payment deducted via your gateway

I had booked ticket on january 17 and payment deducted from my sbi account using your payment gateway.. Ticket not booked and payment also deducted. So in that case i need refund my payment. My transaction id is [protected]. Kindly resolve my payment issue. I had added screenshot of transaction id. Kindly contact me. Irctc helpline suggested st me to contact gateway bank. So kindly resolve my issue and refund me as soon as possible

I want refund that eas deducted during tatkaal ticket on 17th january from betul to hyderabad payment deducted from my sbi account but ticket not booked. Transaction id is 100001634757958. Kondly solve my issue Resolve it as much as possible.
