Did not receive my valorant points after successful purchase on GPAY (UPI))

Paid for valorant points amount deducted but no merchandise

I made purchase to riot of INR 1350 through zaakpay payment portal using Google pay upi and my money was deducted but the money did not reach the merchant....

Valorant points purchase failed

I had paid ₹1600 twice but the purchase was failed in the merchant site (ZAAKPAY) . The amount was paid successfully in Gpay . I received a mail as the payment was failed from zaakpay but the payment was successful....

Riot Refund Request

On September 3rd i made 1st purchase of worth Rs 1599 to buy gun skin in valorant, the game did not reflect the in-game cash but the transaction was successful. my friend made a purchase for me to buy the skin. Again on the second try my other friend made the transaction and again it did not reflect. what a scam!!!
There is total of Rs 3198 zaakpay got it.
we need refunds as soon as possible please, i even contacted riot support...

Valorant purchase did not complete after I paid my money of rs 799. I need a refund

Sir maine 16june 21ko irctc se ticket kiya tha jiska payment zaakpay ke through kiya tha. Pr ticket ko maine waps 15july21ko cancel kr diya jiska refund 1880/Rs 16july ko irctc ne aapko kr diya aur aapne abhi tk mere account me use refund nhi kiya hai plz use jaldi refund krne ki kripa kre....
