Complaint details: I Had reservation for my parents with MakeMyTrip for 23rd Oct'14 from
> Delhi to Bangalore with booking ID NF[protected] and PNR -MJFHFT.
> Passenger name- Saheed Blah / Jobida Khatoon.
I requested cancellation of the flight on medical grounds as my father had undergone a spine surgery and unfortunately his condition had become critical and had to be put under ICU and doctors advised that he will not be able travel or fly for next few months.
> I also provide a letter from the attending surgeon from AIIMS on his physical condition.
I cancelled the ticket on 21st Oct'14. And since then all I receive are mails from MMT that the refund is in process with a new date asking me to wait till then. And when the said date comes I receive a new mail with a new date. Its already more than 3 months now and when I called Makemytrip they are not sure when the money will be reimbursed.
