Hi I had made two orders on 13th and 14th January 2022, on Zara app and it was a prepaid order where I cancelled the orders on the same day because of some reason since then have been calling up the pathetic customer care of Zara to understand why the refund is still not processed I have called several times with no response at all.I am still waiting my refund of almost 6k.
