Stv199 net pack recharge. But different plan got activated

I did recharge for 199 (Rs 99 talktime and 1 gb data and 99 local & std sms. (Data & sms validity 30days) but after recharge 60mins free call to france got activated.
I did not recharge for this 60mins france call.
Please refund amount or atleast refund the amount in my mobile account as talktime or net pack.

Its first time i am using this site. But got disappointment

I got the email that they will refund the amount but yet they have not refunded the same. Contact number provided on web site too does not exist....

Recharge Unsuccessful but no refund
