I purchased a projector from this company via amazon from their official sellers account. Jan 17th it was delivered to my house.
On 20th Feburary i raised a complain about some white spots appearing on my projector, they said they will arrange shipment for Rs. 200 per kg for my projector, after a few days on 8th March they picked up my projector via bluedart. I received the projector today after over 14 days, 22nd march.
Bluedart charged me Rs. 1200 for Cash on Delivery. Never did the projector company mention that the charges for projector are going to be 1200.
The projector came to me in a worse condition. The focus of the projector is not working. I have tried manually adjusting the focus and the focus is not working. This projector is barely 2 months old and now it has just come back from servicing and it is not working. The company has not been responding to me since many days now. When i wrote about my experience on amazon, they just sent the projector and closed the support ticket.
The are suppose to help their customers whereas these guys are just trying to make money for manufacturing defect.
I would like my money back since the company cannot be trusted with their service. Was this information helpful? |
