Highly dejected customer. I feel like cheated on car insurance renewal done recently for SUNNY. After sales service is big area of concern; where the team is ignorant about facts and making ridiculous excuses on their commitment failure. Two people from Insurance department Amit and Shweta (patparganj showroom) are two atrocious employee that i had come across in recent times.
