Zee Tv — channel not available

It's been 3 weeks the channel is not providing by the den cable connector we had tried to communicate with them but no response come due to which we are not able to watch your channel any channel of zee tv please help me out with this problem so that we can get which we deserve i had full package of channels but then also channel i been not provided i hope you will take this in a serious manner so that we can get are channel back
