Zee Tv — I paid subscription for Zee 5,but it's not working

I purchased one year subscription of Zee 5 for Rs 599/- on 19/03/2023 at 01:56 PM, but very next day it's not working, it's showing to purchase subscription.please resolve or refund my amount.
