Zee Tv — subscription problem.unable to watch premium videos

I have subscribed to zee 5 and my amount got deducted and still i have no access to watch the premium content. Please help me out. Everytime i try to subscribe again it shows me payment failure and try again. I am frustrated because of their weak app support. This is such a big firm and are cheating on their customers. Please try to fix my problem as soon as possible
