I have taken monthly early bird subscription. 2 months ago i have unsubscribed my plan auto renewal option is off still the money is deducted from my account towards asia tv ltd. And i dont even able to watch the shows, films it shows no active subscription. Tried to complain on customer care they just keep asking for the information several times.. After giving all the details they dont reply and keep changing the tickt no. S
