I ordered a PS3 Slim Blu-Ray Drive from ZeePee.in on 22/01/23 and it was delivered on 27/01/23.
I found out that I got the different product(Blu-Ray Drive for PS3 Fat) to the one I ordered(Blu-Ray Drive for PS3 Slim). And to make the matters worse, the Blu-Ray drive I got was damaged as well.
Now, I tried contacting them through email asking for replacement([protected]@zeepee.in). There is no response at all. And they don't even have phone number listen on their site. So now, I don't know what to do.
Is there any way to resolve this issue? Or am I scammed out of the 2.3k I paid for this drive? Was this information helpful? |
