Zen Hospital Chembur, Mumbai — Fraud billing

No star for this HospitalZen Hospital (Chembur) is not good in there services because of them I loss my 6 day of baby boy in there NICU they don't allow mother also to touch there own baby shame less people only they have make property like a five star but Service wise they are ZEROOOOOOOOOOO.

NOOO STAR... Only Doctors are good... BUT ...Pathetic and third class service. Front desk people at the billing, reception and TPA desk are totally useless and unqualified to even check the email... Don't know to check the email. My MIL was hospitalized and the claim was settled subsequently by my mediclaim organization. When I went to claim for deposit refund they kept saying they have not received the email, despite sending them an email and giving an evidence of the settled amount, my deposit which is refundable is not being refunded by the hospital yet and its passed 3 months Their billing systems are third class.. its been 3 months since the settlement of the payment by my mediclaim guys and I have still not got the refund despite giving them a proof. Similarly ...during the treatment also when the doctor had given clear instructions to do an MRI in the morning things were taken so casually by the back end people that the scan was done in the late evening not understanding seriousness of what the family member and the patient has to go through. Any small hospital will be able to provide better service than this...In today's day and age where we spend our yearnings for the want best of service and facilities, this kind of a horrible and a dilly-dallying service is just not done.

Worse hospital of Chembur, I wouldn’t recommend any one not even my enemies. They just know to earn money that’s it. They torture patients by tying both their hands, just because to reduce staff’s work. One hand is understood due to syringe but why other?

And Medi-claim, oh they very well know how to fool customers with their policy saying claim within 3 days. On the time of discharge they take their hands up and ask you to pay the total amount. They charge 50 times more than the other hosipital and then too cant even cure the patient.

I wonder how does the owner, sleep at night, I am sure he might be having nightmares.

Just like 5 star hotel. Got good ambience but are thieves. Just to BANKRUPT patiences. I curse this hospital by heart. Doctors just fool and scare the patience so that they can charge them with a bomb.

Care is too poor no reports shared to family members .

All these Private Hospitals are just a money making Scam recently my Granny had to be admitted to this Hospital unfortunately she she passed Away within 3 hours but the worst part was there wasn't any Codination between the Front desk who were so clueless all the time and The Staff who made us wait 45 minutes just to get the billing done which Was another shock for Us as they mentioned so many facilaites used which we even doubt they did.
