Zenith Birla — Non-repayment of Principal amount - F.D.R. No. 5869 dated 22/12/2010

I, Mrs. Gracy Crasto, Senior Citizen aged 75 years submit my grievance with respect to non-payment of F.D.R. No. 5869 dated 22/12/2010 for Rs.1, 00, 000/- since the year 2013. I had submitted the original Fixed Deposit receipt in the year 2013 after maturity. I have been continuously following up through courier/mails/telephones for payment of principal amount but till date have not received any feedback. since I am a Senior citizen and is suffering with high blood pressure, diabetes and other heart ailments and the expenses on medications prescribed is very high. I am unable to bear the costs and therefore require my own amount placed in your company as fixed deposit. It has been 8 years and there is no sign of repaying the amount till.

Therefore request you to kindly resolve my complaint by refunding the amount at the earliest.
