Zenith Solution — Threatening me to pay the penalty or face the court

I started my work with that company then i came across an article on google claiming that it is a fraud company. I then searched a lot and found out many people are being blackmailed by the same company. So i stopped working and ask them that i don't want to work with them then i received a msg telling me to pay the penalty of 6900+3100 or they will file a case against me. I told them i will not pay them bcz they are frauds after 5-6 days they now sent me a legal notice of breach of contract telling me to pay the amount or they will take the matter to court where the amount to be paid will be around 80, 000. I really don't know what to do kindly help me someone if your matter is resolved. I need an urgent advice regarding this
