I have taken services from zentora in march 2018, one of their sales executive (Vandana) promise to help in getting job offer from canada to increase crs score to get ita in the 3 months time (Conversation happen on call and whatsapp). I have made a payment of inr 29000 as per agreement and rest 50% of payment will be done after ita only. As i have already profile created in express entry and very well aware about the immigration process so i just need job offer from canadian employer before ita to match the crs cut off to get ita, so the zentora services explained by their sale executive fit in my requirement and enrolled make payment and upload all required documents to avail zentora services. Two weeks later orientation call happen (Phone call) from zentora process team where they provide detail about their process. During the call i found the services which has been promised by sale executive is totally different, as per their orientation call they only assist in immigration visa services, which i'm already well aware and working on it by own from last two year. Right away on the same call i raise the concern and for my money refund for which they ask to submit refund request from portal which i did on very next day april 27, 2018 There were certain concern over refund amount as well, first their refund request pull on inr 25000 only inspite of paid amount of inr 29000, which they told its was gst amount which already paid to govt. I still object and add comment and drop separate email that i need my full refund amount i. E inr 29000 without any deduction because its completely zentora sales executive (Vandana) fault who gave wrong information about their services. Also i provide all necessary evidences whats app screenshot as a supporting evidence. As per their refund request acknowledgement email it takes 45 to 90 day for refund which end on july 26, 2018, but i get reply on august 2, 2018 where zentora only refunding inr 15000, which i did'nt accept as i have no fault. During this period i follow up on my refund numerous time in lieu of getting update or progress on the investigation. No one bother to call me for any inputs from my side. Also zentora executive also have no clue about the investigation progress and not sharing any call details of their so called divergence team who doing the investigation. On august 9, 2018 i met with one of their process executive (Sonia) who admit that sale executive provide false information to me about their services, and insist me to take the existing service at the reduce fee of 50% which i already paid until i get ita. I reinstate the services and drop email about the above discussion as well in the email.. After that again my zentora account has been blocked for weeks twice one in feb 2019 and apr 2019 due pending half payment, which i not suppose to pay as per discussion in august 2018, which is the perfect example of lack of coordination with in the zentora departments and executives. Adding to it zentora failed to provide assistance on the queries (Adr) from canada immigration on time twice when i required, i tried reaching them on their portal email, personal email, provided phone calls and whats apps. Which show they care about the agreed services with client once they have payments, and that was the only two instance where i need help from expert where zentora failed to provide. I resolve my adr queries by own thru internet surfing and open forums. Due to all this i found that zentora not providing any such services which they agreed and i needed. Hence i asked for refund again and submit refund request on august 7, 2019 along with all evidence requested by zentora thru their portal mail and putting note that refund should be expedite, it should not take months like earlier. And after refund request i have no access to their portal. Although, i constantly follow up with their executive, where i need to explain the whole case again and again numerous time because every time their is new executive and they have no clue or channel where they can get history and save my 30 mins of explanation everytime. But the worst part at the end they have no updates on my refund. This time zentora come back with refund outcome on november 25, 2019 with zero amount refund to me stating "i have my personal reasons to withdraw the services from zentora" which i completely deny and asked to provide all evidences like call recording, which zentora has used to make this decision in a week timeframe. Zentora fail to provide any piece of evidence till now which which show their divergence team decision is biased and completely one sided, as they never intract with me during their investigation second time as well. So, i need help to get my full refund amount with interest asap, because zentora sale executive misguided me and their process team failed to provide any agreed services at all.
