I ordered grocery products from an app called Zepto. I ordered at 11.01PM on 29/04/2024, and at that time it was showing 13 mins for delivery, but at 12.30AM on 30/04/2024, it was still showing 3, packing is being done, even then I waited for next 10 mins and slept off without my knowledge, next day morning when I checked my phone I found 3 missed calls, I received a message that your order had been delivered but I hadn't received any order.
I called their customer support several times and they said to talk in-app chat support.
When I contacted them they kept on forwarding the chat control to 3-4 floor assistant people and each one of them was asking the same... No resolution had been provided, and they were keep on saying your feedback has been taken.
