Ordered beet q11 pro smart watch for 990 by cod option, but received one useless very ordinary poor quality watch. Its not even a smart watch.

There's no option in the site to complain about the product. The support email id is not working and my email gets returning saying wrong mail id.
Kindly take necessary action to deliver the right product what i ordered or refund my money back
