Logged an SR on 3rd June for leakage from the Zero B Outlet tap. Despite multiple calls to the Zero B Customer Care No. ([protected]) there has been no re-dressal so far. Not a single call back, not a single visit. Just the same response every time - "we will send an engineer today."
My product is 10 months old and the tap is already faulty and will probably need replacement. The company is trying to escape from its responsibility within the warranty period so I don't know what will happen once the warranty is over. Was this information helpful? |
