[Resolved] Zerodha — My UPI transaction was successful from bank's end but zerodha marked it failed transaction and my money got deducted. | ||
I have made a payment of ₹12, 000 to pay for my SIP on 5th August. The payment was done through UPI. The payment on Google pay was done successfully and my amount was deducted but Zerodha marked the payment failed. I have contacted bank and they said the payment was transferred successfully and it has to be reversed by Zerodha's end. Zerodha team is asking me to be patient and is unable to resolve the issue. I have shared all the information with them (including my bank's email screenshots). They are still asking me to wait, even after opening a ticket. The ticket was opened on 8th and it's already almost 10 days. Please suggest on how I can get my money back. It has been really a bad experience for me from zerodha's side.
