Actually I got a zeta card from my previous organization as a marriage gift. The card valid till 2026. I used the zeta app in my old mobile and didn't not installed on my new one. And i enabled the notifications through message SMS on my old mobile but I never get anything. On 31st of March 2022 tried to order meal in swiggy through this card. But the payment was failed. After that I installed the app and checked the inbox and could see the notifications like the credit is going to disable on 31st of March. Here my doubt is if the credit is going to disable on 31st of March means it wouldn't throw a notification like insufficient funds on same date right. This is why i tried to reach out to this company i called them mailed them many times. But I didn't get any response. Please help me on this. Thanks in advance Was this information helpful? |
