Dear Sir/Ma'am

I would like to bring your notice that our CCTV cameras in not working since more than 1-month. We have follow up many times with concern dealer, but we didn't get any positive outcome yet. We have communicated through online chat support team as well.

You can understand the importance and purpose of cameras, if it will not work properly how people can "feel safe" as we use cameras for security purpose.

As we know very well, you will provide better solution of my concern because we are assuring that response of my concern comes from Consumer's Forum desk, that all we know who is one of the most valuable and responsible person for their own customers.

As you all know that our CCTV camera is not working since 3- months . Its under warranty period. We have already complain so many times, but still not resolved as we are facing this issue since more than 3 months. Please help to fix as earliest possible. Thanks
