Zieta Technologies — non payment of salary

I was hired by the mentioned company which contracted me to cognizant technology which further sub contracted to huawei technologies, which i believe is a nothing more than a shell company (Zieta technologies).

At the end of the month they were not paying up my salary, but instead they sent me a termination letter when i repeatedly asked for the same. Now it has been more than 2 months but still they haven't paid my due salary

I think the are just laundering money and working in tandem with people in cognizant and huawei technologies transferring money from one place to other without paying any taxes to government.

i too was conned in a similar way. they were harsh over the phone when i demanded my full and final settlement saying "your ffs is in process(a never ending process) do what your can". the company is a real fraud - anju singh, shivaji singh, suraj patra, Dasha kumar - all these people in the company have conspired to willfully con the employees knowing well that the courts and cases will not be helpful to the poor unsuspecting employees.

Please I request the vigilance board to takes all measures to shutdown the company and arrest the perpetrators to prevent further fraud by them.

I worked there from from 2017 to 2018 reporting in Cognizant, chennai.
They conned me of my full and final settlement.
Mails and calls remain unanswered.
Did anyone receive the final settlement ? Can we all jointly take a legal route ?
Kindly all affected persons speak out. We have to do something to recover our hard earned money.

I am facing below issues:
1. Incomplete F&F procedure
2. Payslip was generated in advance till Dec-2019 but salary not given since july2019.
3. Last Salary i received was of June-2019 that too in the month of Feb-2020
4. 8 month salary pending from July2019 -Feb2020.
5. Perdiem amount still pending.
6. Total Pending amount = 2+ lac
7. Provident Fund - The deduct PF contribution of employer from employees. They are not paying PF to the government.
8. Taxes - TDS are not payed to the government even though the TDS is deducted from the salary.
9. They never reply to mails/calls.
