We booked electric service from Zimmber Order No. OR[protected] for 21st October-2015 at 7:30. The electrician didn't turn up on time and after that he called to confirm whether we are there or not.
We postpone the appointment for next day at 10:30 am but he turned up 11:15 am on 22nd October 2015.
He just checked whether current flow is there in plugs or not. and he said, he will not be doing any repairing of Water Purifier as he doesn't have enough capability to do it.
After that, he just saw fan from outside and said there are issues if you want, this would be payment. We said we don't want to get it done.
We show him one loose wire in one of the switch boards, he just rejoint the same.
Now he asked for INR 300., INR 150 for visiting and INR 150 for repairing. Zimmber price says Repairing of switch / wire- INR 50.
Even when I booked the serviec through APP INR 150.00 discount I was getting.
So no calculation being done by team and he is asking for INR 300. He started fighting and shouting with us for payments of INR 300.
Zimmber is trying to misguide hell lot of stakeholders in following manner:
1. Showing Daily orders volume high even though service has not been availed by consumers.(My account with Zimmber says Past Order Completed -1, however I have not availed any service so far till 22nd Oct-2015 morning 11:30 am)
2. No communication between technology and service provide. Their app doesn't get any confirmation whether service is availed or not.
3. Disgusting Service Providers like Pradip Gupta, who are ready to fight customers for INR 300.
4. No discounts given even Coupon Codes have been used.
5. Showing fake orders to investors like VCs and trying to jack up the valuations.
We find the service a worst experience and Zimberr team doesn't have enough courtesy to give us a call back. Worst experience so far.
