To the Consumer Complaints team
This side Raghunath Bej, i place an order on 30 Nov at 10.30PM of 1000/- for gift card voucher on zimpl.in payment through razorpay Gateway (Payment id- pay_KmKCIr15KSWEc9) payment debited from AmazonPay wallet (Order id- P[protected]. But money will be deducted from my Amazon Pay wallet but not get any service from zimpl.in. Also mail to zimpl but not response coming from zimpl.in also not given any refund. Almost 45 days past but not getting any proper resolution from zimpl.in and razorpay Gateway and amazon pay wallet. So humble request to please help to get back my money.
