I was going from Ahmedabad to Jaipur (15.02.2023) I book zing bus from red bus online, bus no- RJ27PB0916 my ticket no- ts3g25255842 my seat was last in bus seat no - u-18
On the way from Ahmedabad to Jaipur, the bus met with an accident and in this accident my mobile screen broke and I also got hurt and in this journey I had to stand inside the bus for 4 hours and come to Jaipur. No other seat was also available so I want my mobile claim and bus fare back
my journey is very bad i had to stand in the bus for 4 hours and my phone screen got damaged
so i want my mobile claim and bus fare refund
