Zipker Online Services — [protected] - return request pending

I purchased 02 kurtas from Zipker, I received it, but with a poorer quality. I want return them to get refund. I calling Zipker since last 07 days daily but all 03 contact numbers are not reachable. I m posting daily a mail to zpker but still, product is lying with me.Customer care answering but still return pickup not arranged.
