Zipker Online Services — face problem to return a anarkali dress

I ordered a dress from zipker online service but the quality of dress is too poor and its also not the same as shown in picture. I apply for return the product within half hour of delivery on friday, 28 dec 2018 and i got no reply yet and they also never pickup their call and they block my number also. I dm them on instagram, mail them but i didn't get any reply yet. Please help me what i do.
