Zipker Online Services — mismatch of the product from the picture shown in zipker

I ordered designer red georgette lehenga of rs.1499 on 3rd november 2018 and i received it by 7th november it is totally opposite from the picture shown in zipker & cloth quality is very cheap from that very day i am trying to contact them for refund of my product but they are not replying in any way nor call neither email please help me in refunding of my order.

i am continuing follow up along with mail, but till date no any response for your side. also i have trying many times your contact no, but contact no also coming not reachable.

I didn't like the product I have sent u the mail even u r not at all responding to those mails n not even contacting me I have already gave a complaint even though u really not responding
