Zipker Online Services — wrong product delivered... need a replacement or refund | ||
Hi, As per order no :[protected], i ordered dual 2 cotton suits un-stitched material (White, blue, yellow) on july 19, 2018 on zipker.com. I received an mail the same day that confirmed the order in the amount of rs 1299/- through cod basis. I received the parcel on 23, 2018.. After opened the parcel i was very much disappointment, because i didnt get what i ordered. The quality of product was very worst and instead of blue colour you sent the green colour. I contacted through mail and phone and was told that i received wrong product and i requested that to refund my money. Even after repeatedly mail to your organisation to refund my money. I didnt get any response from your side. Because of your irresponsible and careless behaviour, iam very upset and disturbed. I need my money back or the items which i ordered.
