This company has delivered faulted and used goods and on the same day i logded a return request but they are not paying any attention and has cheated me. They asked me for the pics of the order and details and all but after providing all information they say we can't refund or exchange your goods.
As per their shopping site return policy rules, we can return the goods within the period of 7 days if damaged or not original but even after receiving my return request and email on the same day, they are not bothered even to respond my emails.
