I ordered the phantom smartwatch on seeing their video on facebook. Received a cheap duplicate watch that does nothing described in the website or the facebook promotion video.

There is no rotating bezel. No buttons like shown in the photos. No maps. Nothing. I can produce video evidence. I have sent email to [protected]@zookr.in, [protected]@zookr.in within four hours of delivery asking for return which is well within their return request window. This needs to stop and they need to be penalized.
