Zoomcar Host — Car damage and repair delayed

My car no Gj27BL6063 was under Zoomcar host program. Car was on booking on 24 th June 2022. Car met an accident during booking and got major damage. Car is at zoom repair service vendor shiftedby zoom.

But till 13 July 2022, car repair is not started. Customer care and local zoom is not supporting to resolve the issue.

Please make the repair at the earliest.
