Zoomin India — my photo album is cancelled

I want my refund on my account pls... Spoke to someone and he was saying to download team viewer app and also was asking for cvv no. I did dat n dey are disconnecting the call... Abusing in call I want my money or the album back pls. I had called to ask about my delivery.. but my order is cancelled they say... And also... Idk y there is no helpline on the app for Zoomin. Pls I should get my album or my money back to my account and pls contact me on [protected]
