Zoomin India — online transaction is done successfully but didn't receive any order id

On 07 oct 2018, i made online transaction to zoomin website, the money was deducted but i didn't recieve any order id or any kind of information from zoomin. I confirmed it from my bank that the payment had been done and successfully received at zoomin. It's more than a month and i am still waiting for my money back.
