Zoomin India — payment deducted twice for order

I have placed my order on 16/10/ 2018 by zoomin website and payment has been done of rs 247.70 through PhonePe App, payment has been deducted from my wallet but the order was not placed and showing to pay again as payment is in pending. Then i have paid again using paytm for the order.This is very unprofessional behaviour. You are cheating your customers. Look after this matter as soon as possible. Refund my money for 1st transaction and deliver my product also as soon as possible as i have made payment twice.
