I have placed my order on 23/10/ 2018 by zoomin app and payment has been done of rs 244.25 through PaytmApp, payment has been deducted from my wallet but the order was not placed. Look after this matter as soon as possible. I placed my order on 23th October.. Delivery date was 27th..Today is 28th October but my item hasn't been delivered..& when I try to track shipment it showing that there is a dealy beyond our control.. Please help me order id-ZIMP1-YVEABV5Z help me it is very disappointing help me anyway

I ordered a photo mug with an expected photo graph, but i got empty mug without photo which is terribly disappointing, so how can i return my mug since no customer care service numbers are not working properly, replace my mug or return my payment, do please give me a solution,
