Zoomin India — payment is done but no email regarding order confirmation

I ordered 2 mugs from zoomin app on 20/08/2018
I did payment from phonepe account
Payment was successfull but order was not confirmed
I have no history in my order section also
I have only mail from payu that my payment to zoomin is successful
What should i do?
Kindly help me with this problem or else i will take some major steps towards this issue

I ordered 2 mugs and payment was successful.. i paid from phonepe .. i got confirmation from phonepe that payment is successful and did not get any order confirmation.. not able to contact customer care.. raised request on app also.. no contact.. please help

I was placing an order for photo book, my amount got deducted but order was not placed. I want refund of my amount immediately.
