Zoomin India — payment successful but order not placed

I started to place an order on zoomin app.
I chose the product and provided the address. On payment page,
I chose to pay by phonepe. My transaction was successful but the app didn't return to order placement page. Application hanged on payment successful page
Now payment is successful but order not placed.
